New PS3 Gaming Headset Allows Hours of Comfortable Game Play

The Gaming Headset has a wired remote with individual control wheels for adjusting the volume of game audio and chat audio. This headset is a combination of high fidelity amplified stereo headphones and a USB headset in one. This allows gamers to finely tune the sounds without constantly switching volumes when chatting with other players. When using the headset, the USB section is used for chatting, and the stereo section is used for stereo game sound. Each section has its own volume control so you can easily balance chat sessions with game levels, to avoid missing any critical sound cues.

Not only does this headset provide a customized audio experience, but the audio quality itself is rich with the dynamic base that all serious gamers crave. The Gaming Headset allows players to hear subtle details and distant sounds in the game. As an example, in the final battle with Radec in KillZone2 when he becomes invisible, players will still be able to hear his movements and plan their attacks accordingly.

The Gaming Headset is made from a durable high-quality material. It is light enough to withstand marathon gaming sessions and competitive gaming championships. The soft padded ear cups are purposely designed for adding more comfort, so that players don’t feel any pressure around their ears even after playing for full-days at a stretch.

The Gaming Headset connects to the screen with standard RCA stereo jacks (red and white) and directly to the PS3’s USB port via separate cables. It comes with extra long cables of up to 12.5 feet, allowing players to move around with ease. The microphone itself is detachable, in case players want to focus entirely on the game stereo sounds instead of the multiplayer chatter or watch a movie.
